Arthur L Cutler, II President & CEO at Open Arms Housing, an organization providing permanent supportive housing and ongoing support for women experiencing chronic homelessness. Cutler has a B.A. in political science from Morehouse College, a law degree from Michigan State University and completed his Nonprofit Executive Management studies at Georgetown University. 


Cutler was named by the Aspen Institute and American Express as one of the Emerging Social Purpose Leaders in 2015 and is also a graduate of the American Express Leadership Academy. Cutler has been invited on several occasions by the US Department of State to join the US Delegation to travel to Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria and serve as an NGO expert and provides training, lectures and presentations for government officials, NGOs and academic institutions. Cutler also serves as an adjunct professor at Michigan State University College of Law where he teaches Nonprofit Law.

Cutler was most recently appointed by County Executive Alsobrooks to the Inaugural Prince George's County Commission for Fathers, Men and Boys. Cutler is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, Cofounder of the Prince George’s Youth Lacrosse League, Administrator and coach for the Fort Washington Cannons lacrosse team, Former PTA President at Fort Foote Elementary and a member of Fort Foote Baptist Church. Arthur is married to Tracy Cutler and they have two children: Arthur III and Braelyn and reside in Fort Washington, MD.

Andre Rogers is the Founder and President of E3Insights, a provider of virtual CFO, CIO, and COO services. Prior to starting E3Insights, he co-founded Enlightened, Inc., a 20-million-dollar IT consulting firm. Andre spent over 20 years serving as Enlightened’s Chief Financial Officer where he developed relationships and won over $20M of business with both federal contracts as well as commercial clients.

Andre has a strong background in information technology with over 30 years in the IT industry concentrating in Software Integration and Data Sharing.   His educational background includes a Bachelor of Computer Science from George Washington University and a Master of Computer Science from George Mason University.   Andre holds an active Top-Secret clearance and a 2-time winner of SmartCEO’s Executive Management Award and MEA Magazine’s Leadership & Excellence Award.  He serves his community in several organizations including the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Maryland.

Detrick DeBurr

Detrick DeBurr serves as Founder of Game Time Giving, Inc. He is the former Founder/CEO of Digital Rhythm Inc., a technology services provider in Dallas, Texas, USA. Detrick has served in various software development roles over his career. He holds a certificate in startup fundraising. He holds a design certificate in Gamification.
 
He mentors with the Tony Elumelu Foundation. The foundation supports African startup founders.  He graduated from Darden University’s Minority Equity Boot camp. The boot camp educates minority business owners to access private equity capital markets. Mr. DeBurr received Stanford University’s Digital Visions Fellowship for his work with the Digital Literacy Alliance in Ghana, West Africa.
 
Mr. DeBurr is the author of Building Gamified Websites (Packt Publishing 2013)“ and Deal Us In! How Black America Can Play and Win in the Digital Economy” (2001 Anji Publishing).
He serves as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner in The Colony, Texas.
 
He graduated from Queen Afua’s Man Heal Thyself Wellness Warrior Program. He is a male empowerment coach with Progressive Love Academy.  And he is an active member of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.

Professional Basketball player in Europe as well as NBA. First player to knowingly play with Multiple Sclerosis. Co-host of The Dawg Talk Podcast interviewing former Georgetown Hoyas basketball players Jeff Green(Houston Rockets), Greg Monroe (nine year Nba career) and other prominent figures such as Kevin Durant (Brooklyn Nets) and Quinn Cook(Los Angeles Lakers).

Leon S. Dixon Jr. 

Leon S. Dixon Jr. has served in a variety of careers over the years.  He is a former Infantryman (U.S. Army).  Leon has held many leadership roles over the years, as well.  Leon has extensive experience coordinating, planning, and supporting the daily operational and administrative functions within diverse industries. I have a proven track record of accurately completing research, reporting, information management, marketing, and business-development efforts while adhering to strict budget requirements. Strategic Planning and Change Management are areas in which I excel. However, the work he is most proud of is the work he has done in ministry and in the community.  His work in the community was even recognized by President Barack Obama (multiple times).  Leon is the father of two, adult, daughters – Noel (24) and Taylor (19).
